FCC Janitorial Services opened for business in mid-1992 as a single person company, owned and run by Jose A. Mendoza, Sr. under the name First Class Cleaning. For the first 6 years of operations, the business was primarily focused on serving residential homes and small businesses within the City of San Diego, offering carpet cleaning, floor care, and one time cleaning services. In 1998, First Class Cleaning began to expand operations and started offering services in the entire San Diego county. That same year, the company won its first recurring accounts with Investors Property Management Group, a client that we continue to serve today. Over the next several years, the Company continued to win accounts all of which were earned through referrals from our existing customers. Over this same time period, the business changed its name from First Class Cleaning to FCC Janitorial Services. In late 2010, in order to better manage the growth of the company, FCC Janitorial Services incorporated in the State of California under the name FCC Janitorial Services, Inc. Our Philosophy Though a bigger company today, FCC Janitorial Services, Inc. continues to be the same family owned and operated business it was when it opened for business close to 20 yeras ago. And we wish to keep it that way. Our philosophy is that we want our customers to feel that they are being taken care of and they are getting the attention they deserve. Our goal is to earn our customers trust through quality, responsiveness, and personable service. We strive to build long-term relationships with all of our customers and to keep their business for life. And experience has taught us that the best way to achive that is by our family being direcly involved with each customer wer serve. That's why whenever you call for our services you'll speak directly with one of our family members. Service Capabilities We have close to 50 part-time/full-time employees and serve clients throughout entire San Diego and neighboring counties. Operationally, our goal is to be seen as a one-stop shop for all building maintenance needs our customers might have. With that in mind, over the years we have invested in equipment in order to expand our service capabilities and service offerings. We provide the following services: -General office janitorial services (dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, etc) -Carpet cleaning -Floor care (substantially all floor types) -Windows washing inside and outside (buildings up to 3 stories) -Pressure washing (for parking lots, building entrances, walls, etc.) -General handy man services Whether you're a one-office company or operate in a multi-floors building, we are prepared to serve you.
